    Help Exceeded login attemps,now says type,"life is good".

    Exceeded login attemps and it say type life is good,well without thinking i did the firdt time then all my pictures on my drive got deleted well only the ones of the disloyal husband so i factory reset now its doing it again,is this normal i cant seem to find it anywhere on Verizons website
