  • Haven't heard from you in a while on the forum. How are you likin' your Evo? I am hoping that you are quiet because you can't put your Evo down.
yea they both sound like really great phones but ill probably be getting the evo tomorrow because i prefer the larger screen and kick stand as well as 4g. thanks for your help it made my decision a little easier
I don't have 4g here in AZ so can't speak about that but in every other way on the two 3g networks (VZ and Sprint) they run about the same speed, and I have done my own tests to come to that conclusion. I do get more bars of service on my Sprint Evo, usually 5 compared to my VZ Incredible, usually 3 but it has never affected my reception in any way, and that may be location based in any case. Honestly, I would recommend both of these phones to anyone who asked and both of the providers are very capable of delivering excellent service so it is just personal preference between providers, and possibly screen size preference. Other than that, both are excellent choices that you will enjoy.
They are both amazing, The screen is great on the evo, and I have such an easy time texting, and also, even after the $10 evo data charge, Sprints plan is a better deal than Verizon, however, the incredible is amazing as well, and even though the screen is a bit smaller than evo, it is still crisp and colors are a bit brighter than evo. Either phone will serve you well in my opinion, and I have had none of the problems of others with these phones.
Also take into account which carrier (VZ or Sprint) has better coverage in your area.
