Hey dude, Im a nubcake when it comes to android. But i noticed on a thread about changing the imei number so the dude wont get charged for data, you said to root it and swap the sim card. I was wondering if there was anything else to it. I rooted my aria and now have froyo, but i am getting a new phone and wanted to give the aria to my wife (who currently has a dumbfone). We dont want any data, just for her to be able to use wifi, text, and send pic msgs. thank you for taking the time to read this.
