    Here's what I'm using for priority callers:

    EscAlert (374)
    A1: Vibrate On Ringer
    A2: Silent Mode
    A3: Ringer Volume If
    A4: Wait
    A5: Ringer Volume If
    A6: Wait
    A7: Ringer Volume If
    A8: Wait
    A9: Ringer Volume

    I use this with an incoming call context, so that when the call is complete, the volumes go back to normal.
