Very thoughtful of you, but posting to the thread wouldve been great too had someone had the same question.
I simply misnumbered, no information is omitted. And btw, my instructions also state to press enter after the "...echo..." command and is basically the same instructions, if not identical.
Instead of exiting the adb shell by typing "exit", try instead staying in the shell (with the # sign so you have root permissions) and just typing reboot recovery. I thought that "reboot" would suffice, but I will add another notation to the guide to mention that differentiation.
