I didn't read his instructions. I can type them as fast as I can go find them & read them tho. If mine differ then find out what is going on from him.
Download on a PC then transfer to sd/clockworkmod/backup. Boot into recovery. Select backup & restore then restore. Select the folder.
It sounds like you are trying to flash. You can't flash it because it is a nandroid.
Edit: If it doesn't work it should say md5 mismatch.

You can't flash it. It is a nandroid. Please follow the instructions above but with this addition to the front of the list: Unzip package & transfer folder "Speedfreak2.0" to sd/clockworkmod/backup.

5.0.x.x and 6.0.x.x are compatible. I load between them fine.
Any backup I make with .1.5 would get md5 error. I could load ones made with other backups

This problem perplexes me. I wonder what is causing it. I tried to flash the ice cream dream nandroid and I got a mismatch. Strange.

Yeah I ran it hard, I pulled the 2.0 nandroid straight from my device. I test everything on my device before I release it.

ok, I just got Ice Cream Dream to work for me and wanted to offer it up as a possible solution for your problem
Go into the root file explorer of your choice and make sure that the file path looks like this... /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/(name of nandroid)/ vfat.tar, boot.img, md5, etc.
My Md5 mis matches were due to the fact that my file path looked like this... /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/(name of nandroid)/(name of nandroid)/ vfat.tar, boot.img, etc.
See the difference?

I ext is native to android so I would go with ext3 for the hidden partition, you can do this in cwm recovery, just go to advanced>partition sdcard then choose your size, bigger the better, do this before you install sf2.0, then you will be all set up for the int2ext script on first boot
