Family watch? not sure what to call it

I'm buying a phone for my 16 year old daughter through metro, is there a way to hack it so I know all her texts, phone calls, data usage etc? and best to have all texts and activity sent to my emails? Call it invasion of privacy but it's more so a "worried father" and safety. Thanks.

I know Verizon, AT&T has the parental watch service. Not sure if Metro does.

If Android, there might be apps for that.

More like invasion of privacy I'd understand knowing were she is but reading her texts too? The truth is that if shes going to do something you wont like she'll do it either way but anyway All I know is Verizon does have something like that but I don't think metro does.
