Default Backing up your Metro Android phone

What are all the ways one can back up their Metro Android phone, and exactly what phone content is backed up ?

If your have your contacts and calendar on Google, that's all set.

From there, there are free apps for messages like SMS Backup.

If you want to go a step further, MyBackup Pro will back up your user apps and data.

I have Google, so like earlymon said my gmail, contacts and calendar are backed up. Then I use Titanium back up and Nand backups. The only thing I seen to not have backups of are my favorites. Every time I flash a different ROM, I end up having to go and get my favorites again.
My phones (current to 1st): Moto G, Alcatel OneTouch Evolve, LG Motion 4G, LG Optimus M+, LG Optimus M
