Default Mms problem

I'm trying to send a picture but it days fail mms. And an error saying server response error xc please help

Check your APN settings. (Get them from your carrier - they're carrier-specific.)

Otherwise try turning off your Wifi (with Data on), then turning it back on, just a little trick I learned from my GNex.
