One Can Install Themes In His/Her Micromax A70 By Following The Steps :

1.> Enable USB Debugging From Settings -> Applications -> Developement

2.> Download The Driver From Here And Extract The Files.

3.> Connect The Phone to the computer, point the found new hardware wizard to search for the drivers in the folder in which the drivers were extracted(Do Check Include Sub Folders).

4.> After Installation Of Drivers gets Completed disconnect the phone and Download The 91 PC Suite for Android From Here.

5.> Install The 91 PC Suite and reconnect the phone.

6.> The Interface will be in chinese, to change it to english click on the white android phone on the upper left corner of the 91 PC Suite Windows, Point To The Third Option in the list and click on english.

7.> Restart 91 PC Suite.

8.> The Pane in the left lists all the operations that can be performed by the user like installing apps, installing themes, file manager etc.

Yeah One Could Push Files and Install Apps On The Phone

Similar to ADB

Is it possible to change menu press highlight color ? The one that appears in yellow... After installing adw launcher i could change the application highlight but not menu

Goto 4:31 and see.. the highlight color is red in motorola droid x

Also ive seen HTC phones having highlight color green
Is it possible to change this ?

If you guys want Custom DOCKS with ADW Ex Or Launcher Pro

Here
Most Recent Docks | LauncherPro Icons

These LP docks work with ADW EX also..
Just go to Menu->More->ADW Settings->Themes Preferences-> MainDock->Custom and choose ur favourite dock

If you want to change the UI sound keypress to something else, like that of samsung galaxy..

Download it here
Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!

Then transfer it to ur sd card.. Install root explorer .. go to system/media/audio/ui and paste it there.. replacing the existing sound

Also u might find this interesting if you wanna change other sounds
