Guys its 14 now but i do not think it will be created if you read the reply on the same threas you will see the post mentioning a quote from admin saying :

++ Admins here are much more co-operative than on XDA i think , I mean just in case of our device XDA sys that the device needs to have some good specs and real different things but over here they created page for our device instantly

Many are very lazy,they doesn't even have accounts in xda forums.They are lazy to register and cast vote.When a new ROM release then everybody rush to there to grab it but never participant in such things like this.

Galaxy Y already has a sub forum now....
We could have easily got a sub forum on xda if we would have spammed xda as we spam AF every day :P

can we do it this way --> everyone make several accounts over xda & vote for a70 from them PLEASE... WE desperatly want an xda subfourm .. see galaxy y got approx 4-5 more ROMS coz of xda fourm ...... their devs can make cm7 easy for us also ......

*does anyone agree ?
