Is there any method to make *.swf files run on micromax a75?I tried installing swf player, but it keeps on displaying about installing "adobe flash plugin".I tried installing the plugin but some of the *.apk files available in google play are incompatible with this device. Also, there is a swf player(bit labs) which can make *.swf files run on this device without adobe flash plugin but this application is also incompatible with this device.
Here is the link for the swf player app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.br.com.bitlabs.SWFPlayer&hl=en
Can someone clarify about the existence of flash support in micromax a75?

Then i think you have to try the modded boot.img that supportes flash plugin then ope that swf player
You can find the boot.img in the All-things-root forum

Just need to view online lectures, since can't equip laptop with me all the time.
Meanwhile, replacing modded boot.img worked for me...Now,the device is flash compatible...However,i have some problem with the display of swf files since,it doesn't fit on the screen and have to constantly zoom in to get clear view..however,this may be a problem of swf player.i will try with another player...Thanks!Your suggestion worked

Need to shrink system partition n then u can use that spared memory to increase internal memory..all can be done by editing scatter file.editing scatter file will serious matter, even can brick the device.u should have proper knowledge how the things work n how to edit n apply changes.
Instead of messing these things I will advice to use Link2SD to install apps on 2nd partition of sdcard so u can install plenty of apps.

It says I do not have 2nd partiton? My rom is gionee

No sdcard comes with 2nd partition.U have to create it.
Backup your sdcard first.Use any linux distro live session(e.g.ubuntu which contains Gparted as partition manager or use MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition under windows), plug sdcard to card reader, shrink 1st partition n create 2nd partition on remaining space...only FAT filesystem works with stock rom...
But I am using EXT2 filesystem which is native linux fs.if u want to use EXT2 then format 2nd partition as ext2 and then add support to ext2 fs in device. How???i will explain.
grab this ext2.ko file and place it in /system/lib/modules using root explorer and give permission like rw-r--r--
Restart, install Link2sd & use ext2 option while creating mount scripts.
If this all sounds confusing then ask what u didn't get it or simply use FAT filesystem for 2nd partition.

Have you tried the recovery method specified in the all things root forums ??
after flashing boot.img by the one provided by mstermind my A75 gets white screen whenever i disconnect any call. i can see nothing so each time after disconnecting the call i hav to take out my battery and then switch on my phone. its works gud for some minutes and again if a call comes and after talking i disconnect the call screen become white. it also become white when the screen is locked and i push the power button to unlock. what appear is a white screen. i have rooted my phone after flashing the boot.img and then used SuperCickOne to root. but i have not gone for custom rom instead i m using the preinstalled rom provided by the manufacturer. i also unrooted the phone and then done factory reset thinking it may solve the problem but of no use, facing the same problem. now i m having a mmx a75 with factory reset and white screen, i am not able to use my phone. i m new to this android os and dont know much. please help me with the solution.

I mean the Firmware by MMx again !!

Also, If you need to root, and this one didnt work for you , DO Just post the exact helpful steps for how you did the procedure ! so that Original Poster may See the problem (If any) and rectify the same .

So before opening the phone or taking it to the service center plz help me troubleshoot it. You seems to be my last hope..pleeease help me..! i am counting on your response.
