framework-res.apk : framework-res.apk
services.jar : services.jar

A very bad new for a75,a73,a78 or any mediatek phone people
1. They will get basic ROMs but not advanced one
2. They will never get a fully functional theme(NOR ICS theme for A75 as SystemUI.apk is not ready to decompile so no theme and i m sure all mediatek phones will be have same prob)

And
@madhureddy
please remove ur thanks from OP as u all will never get any theme nor UOT kitchen will work (It will work but UOT kitchen only replaces pngs and just edits 1 xml to get 1% battery nothing else)
So no ICS theme(nor any other) for A7x phones(Except A70 :P)

Sam I challenge u that u won't be able to edit a single xml in systemui.apk
Secondly, even u cannot edit xmls in framework also because most of theming related xmls are moved in system ui.apk in gingerbread and up
But still I will wait, maybe u will find a workaround

I got Some Good ICS icons for Notification Toolbar..

I have already renamed those icons with respective names..
