converting inactive memory to Free memory in micromax a75

In my mmx75

system is showing Available memory 200.6M

Free Memory 16.0M

Buffered memory 152K
Cached memory 28.4 M
Active Memory 65.6M
Inactive Memory 73.5 M

How can we change this inactive memory to free memory
