Hey there engineer09 - I have moved your post out of the FAQ's thread, as it is a support question.

Unfortunately, I am not able to help with regards to rooting your phone, as I have never used it. I posted the FAQ's thread as part of a forum-wide project that I have been doing.

The best place to check for/post about anythign root related is in the All Things Root section of this sub-forum.

I'm sure that someone will post a "how to" on rooting your device soon enough

pls help:
I hv following two issues with micromax a78:
1. whenever i make call, it abruptly cut in between without any reason..
2. the processing speed of phone is vry slow( i m not using any any heavy application or internet)...
