ok your problem seems can be solved easily
when i saw your pics , it seems just that you need "enable data" , go to the second screen shot u showed , and then tick on the Enable data button
So what carrier do u use ?
( Vodafone , Tata Docomo , BSNL ) etc
and your approx region ( or sector of operation ! ) <-- Like North India, South India .....
there is a APN settings that needs to be changed ,
if u can just the operator , some one here can sure guide for the same
or else u can directly call your operator's customer care number and can report yor device as something like HTC Desire or something that is a very famous ! and they can guide u !
