on the pendo pad 4.0 ics
we were able to root and put gapps (google play) on it we only had Getjar which i think is useless.
Im not sure that the pendo pad PP4MT-7 and MID 7024 are exactly the same but could be a good place to start

IS there a custom rom for MID 7024??? or any upgrade available???
