Default Help with restoring internal emmc card

Hi all,

Would some clever soul be able to help me out? I have a UK Orange (but sim unlocked and bootloader unlocked, rooted and running ICS) Atrix, but the internal memory card is borked...in recovery if I try to mount it it says "error mounting /emmc" and I can't see it anywhere, either on a PC or in Android.

I was going to try and SBF with the original UK Orange SBF file, but that is both risky and a bit of a hassle (I would have to root all over again etc). Is there an easier way to get my internal memory working again? I have the output from:

adb shell
# cat /proc/partitions

# fdisk /dev/block/mmcblk0
p
q

and my output is this:

1|shell@android:/ $ su
su
shell@android:/ # cat /proc/partitions
cat /proc/partitions
major minor #blocks name

fdisk /dev/block/mmcblk0

The number of cylinders for this disk is set to 1942720.
There is nothing wrong with that, but this is larger than 1024,
and could in certain setups cause problems with:
1) software that runs at boot time (e.g., old versions of LILO)
2) booting and partitioning software from other OSs
(e.g., DOS FDISK, OS/2 FDISK)
