Default Atrix 1gb ram or increase size ?

Hi nooby question and apologys if its been covered !
i have a atrix and love it as it is a great tool i use often in everyday life with the lapdock but i find it sometimes slows down with activitys running .
the 1GB ram in applications running will often say that i have around 240mb left or less
yes i could close some apps down ect ect but is it possible to increase the ram to 2GB . a work mate did with his ios in ifile and increased the ram that way is it possible in andriod and if so how would i do this ?

I don't know if you can and your friend most likely jail broke his iPhone to add onto there's. The best way is to use the stock "Task Manager" and place apps on the auto end list when the screen times out. Most 3rd party apps won't restart, depending on which ones you place on there and how you have your phone setting set. My phone hovers around what you discribe on your phone.
