Default Current Options for Atrix Screenshots

I'm looking to be able to take screenshots on my Atrix 4G. I've done some research and read some of the older threads in here. It looks like Screengrabber is no longer available in the PlayStore. The others I am seeing all have a small free trial and then are paid apps.

Are there any free screenshot apps that are available now? I am fairly un-tech savvy but I could try this route as well: How to take screenshots on the Motorola ATRIX 4G - Know Your Cell

Any success with that? Thanks in advance for any help.
