Help.... accidentaly deleted quick office files from my sd card lots of hard work would like to salvage

Sorry to hear that. Did you back up your files onto another source, like a computer or something? If not, try recalling some sent emails with those docs as attachments and re-download them to the phone. Its always a good idea to back up your files to an external source or to the cloud.
