Long story short, I cannot connect to my corporate network because it requires phase2 authentication. My Atrix HD running 4.04 will not save the phase 2 authentication information. It just blanks it out every time after I hit save.

So I have been on the phone with Motorola for over an hour. Escalated from tier1-tier3 support. They said that my Motorola Atrix HD is unable to connect to a corporate network that requires phase 2 authentication. The only way around this would be to download a 3rd party app.

I connect android and ios devices to our network on a daily basis for employees. This is the first phone that cannot connect? I find this notion hard to swallow. Either the device is that bad, or their support has no idea what they are talking about.
