Hello! After I purchased hubby's Atrix hd, I had to go to the ATT store to get the contacts moved. Somehow, they put the contacts in a PEOPLE folder.

That is somehow different from his contacts folder! When he clicks the phone icon, his contacts are not there, and if he received a call, no caller ID.

He can make calls from his People folder, but that isn't good enough.

How do I sync the two?

I don't want to go back to the dreaded ATT store

You could try connecting the device to the PC and finding the contacts in the People folder and move them into the Contacts folder.

Thanks... I tried that. I downloaded and installed Motorola Device Manager but the only option I got from that was to update my software.

I may need to do a search on how to use the software
