Default how do you make folders for your pictures?

ive tried from my pc to create on the sd drive plus ive tried on the phone, any suggestions. also can folders have passwords?

You create folders just like you would on any other USB storage device. On the phone try Estrongs File Explorer, on your computer use the file explorer that comes with your OS.

If you are looking to put your pics into folders for organization the Backflip ignores the folders and lumps them all together. The BF gallery uses tags for organization.

You cannot natively have a password protected folder. Protecting your stuff from prying eyes requires a security app. If you just want to make them harder to view start the folder names with a dot (.) to make the folder a hidden folder. Most file explorers have a setting to view them.

Do not follow the advice of any tutorial that says to put a .nomedia fiel in a folder with existing files to hide them. Your phone will delete all of the files in the directory the next time the folder is scanned.

If you want an app that will view all of the pics in a folder Astro file explorer dioes this. The free version has annoying ads.
