Default Help me please! Video cant be played

I have a motorola backflip, and i have been working on putting music videos on the memory card, but when i try to play it on my phone, it displays a message saying the video cannot be played. I converted it to mp4 and it still displays the message. I experimented in different folders on the memory card and it still does it. What should I do?

I have other mp4 video files that work on the phone that were added by doubletwist but when I try to add more by dragging them into the disk video folder it doesn't work and says video cannot be played

It might have something to do with the resolution of the files. The application Gmote will warn you if you attempt to play a video that is larger than 240px by 320px, saying that it won't work with some devices, so you might try converting the file to a lower resolution.
