Default Gingerbread / Stock

On my Backflip, I have 2.1 Eclair with MotoBlur. Which is normal, as this is what was released OTA. I have a goal of 2.3 Gingerbread with Stock. The goal of Stock over MotoBlur is much more important to me than getting to 2.3, however it would be cool to have. I know very little about Android and Java, however I do have the SDK for Android and Java and the Motorola Handset Drivers installed. I have Windows 7 x64 installed.
