Default charm not holding charge, new battery or new phone?
friend of mines charm is not holding a charge at all, im thinking its faulty hardware or the battery, has anyone else had this issue?

Was it a gradual problem with battery power or sudden? Is the phone recognizing the power cable and attempting a charge?

it was sudden i guess, because somedays it would work, others it would drain fast. Her phone also booted in safe mode. I think she went to the store and did a warranty exchange on it. I guess we will see if it was the phone or the battery.
