Default 1.1.30 Update Issues?

I just got a Motorola Cliq 2, brand new. About a month ago, I got the 'System Software Update' notification, and proceeded to download and install the update. Nothing happened. The update downloaded, the phone turned off, then there was a momentary icon of something downloading, but it stopped before it finished and then the phone turned on again. I haven't been able to install this update, which sucks, because I've been trying over and over again.

I've tried over 3G and Wifi, both connected to my computer and not. I don't know what other ways there are to install it, so hopefully, someone on here can provide me with a fix or a link to manually install and download it.

Thanks in advance!
