when i try to send pics to my friends cell he has att he never gets them but he could send to me and i get them and my wife has the cliq she can send pics to him but i cant please help

just turn the phone off for 10 secs then turn back on... should work had the same prob a few days ago, talked to a tmo tech saturday.
