Default Droid+Corporate Mail Contacts issue with 2.3.3

I have a droid 2 and updated it to the 2.3.3 version and have noticed an issue with Exchange contacts.

Say I create a brand new exchange contact and tell it to file as Last, First. It syncs to the phone and shows correctly. Now when I get a text from this person the contact in Outlook is modified and now displays as First Last but if you open the Outlook contact the display as field still shows as Last, First. This is really annoying and I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if there is a fix. I looked through all the options and didn't see any options for it.
