Has anyone used one of the tools to check if Moto's D2G with GB has this software installed?

I've not seen reports of either Moto or Verizon phones being affected, but if someone has run the tests there's no need for everyone to do so.

Per this link, Verizon denies using CarrierIQ on any phone.

I just installed TrevE's tool and scanned my D2 (non global) and it was clean.

If someone had an AT&T phone, would they even be allowed to download the tool to look? Doesn't AT&T still restrict users to the market?
