Default Droid randomly speaks time after factory reset

Hi! I recently had to do a factory reset. Now, my Droid will speak the current time randomly. Not on the hour or half hour or anything like that, maybe twice a day (that I have been able to notice). It just did it at 12:37. I would actually like it to do this on command, I just don't know why it is doing it or how to change the settings. Any thoughts?
