Default Running SD3 - Can't Download From Market

So I have currently installed SD3 ROM after flashing my phone because I screwed it up and I thought I had everything figured out. Now when I try and download something from the market it will not let me. So if anyone could give me any insight that would be awesome.

Go check out the SD3 thread over at XDA, I believe this has been remedied.
