Default location not updating

so my location on my phone doesn't really automatically update very often. Its annoying because sometimes when I post on facebook ect, it says im somewhere that im not. Is there an app out there somewhere that will update or refresh your location automatically?

Have you played with location settings or the sync frequency of the app?

All my location settings are on..the app doesn't have location settings in it. The refresh frequency for the app is 30minutes but you can force a update..doesn't fix loc tho
