Default Is there a way I can keep 3g enabled when I unlock my phone?

3g becomes disabled when my droid 3 is locked for more than 15-20 seconds. Can I enable a setting that will always keep 3g on? Is it a battery/data management setting?

Most likely. Check the battery profile settings, or use custom ones.
