Default What apps can I safely delete on Droid 3?

I am buying a Droid 3 that comes pre-rooted. It is running stock Gingerbread.

What pre-installed apps should I delete for good?

I'll use it on PagePlus Cellular, so I imagine all the Verizon specific apps are safe to remove? (i.e. I just want to know which apps I will likely never need to use.)

I'm not a power user, I have never rooted a device or installed a custom ROM. Just want to free up some memory by deleting useless apps.

Also: Any suggestions on tethering apps would be appreciated!

I'd like to tether my Samsung Galaxy tab to this phone, and I don't want to pay any monthly tethering fees.
