Default Extended battery?

The battery life of my D3 is horrible. I looked on Amazon and saw the Hyperion 3500 mAh extended battery. Does anyone have any experience with this battery or can you recommend a replacement?

I'd really rather not add any bulk to the phone, but will if it'll make a difference.

Not sure what's up with the stock battery. I'm rooted and nothing's really running. In fact, I've been 48min on the battery so far and am already down to 74%. 56% of that usage has been the display.

I had to charge my phone twice yesterday.
