Question Doid 4 and emails

I have yahoo email on my Droid 4. If I delete the message off my phone it deletes it from my PC, how do I stop that from happening?

Hello and welcome aboard. I believe I've seen this question answered before, but unfortunately i can't find the thread/post with it. Anyway, I've moved your thread over to the Droid 4 (support) forum hopefully to get it some faster responses.

Sounds like Yahoo is set up as an IMAP mail...I know in the past you needed to upgrade to Yahoo premium to be able to set account as what you need..

Look into app "K9 mail". I think you can set yahoo as a pop account from there. They should have a setting to leave message on server...

My Droid 4 quit syncing with yahoo mail on 6 21 12. When I try to log in it says invalid credentials. Any suggestions?

I have that exact problem with my Hotmail account. Try setting your Yahoo account up as a regular email account (red stamp with white @ in it).
