Default Bluetooth voice dialing

I use my Droid 4 to voice dial using my helmet headset. This is an important feature for me and now it's gone. It worked great before the ICS upgrade. What will it take to get that back?

Default headset won't activate voice commands after software upgrade

I have the same problem: immediately following the software upgrade, I am no longer able to activate voice commands from my wired headset.
