Default Prevent upgrade to Jelly Bean?

In case VZW eventually rolls JB out to the Bionic AND FoxFi doesn't support that combination, is there a way to prevent the upgrade?

If it is done the way it was in the past (curious you ask a question about how something works that doesn't exist yet) ... it will download the gigantic patch to your Bionic and ask permission to install it.

If you are un-root-ed simply don't grant permission every time you are prompted.

I knew I kept ICS .247 around for a good reason!
Anyway JB on Bionic should be pretty much like JB on the Razr which has just been rooted, I suspect by the time it shows up for us the Razr community will have already solved any tethering problems.
Just for everyone's info here's another tethering option for rooted ICS Bionics wifi_tether_v3_2-beta2.apk - android-wifi-tether - WiFi Tether for Root Users 3.2-beta2 *** BETA *** - Wireless Tether for Root Users - Google Project Hosting

The root exploit for JB on the unified Moto builds only works for now - it can be easily broken. Until it goes OTA we cannot know for sure that it will work.
