Bionic keeps rebooting help

Bionic keeps rebooting every 5 minutes anyone know what may be wrong with the phone and what is the solution?

Some questions to get us going in the right direction.

are you rooted?
is the power button stuck?
have you installed any apps since this started?

You can try a do a soft reset by either holding both volume buttons and the power button until the menu appears then release or pull the battery wait a mi and re install the battery.

If this does not work there are other options.

Sorry about the lack of info before I bought this phone off ebay the seller did tell me it did it this so it wasn't a surprise although I'm stumped as to why it's doing it... The phone is factory reset right now no apps are on it and the power button isn't stuck. I'm not sure if the previous owner rooted it but right now it's stock

Since you bought it off ebay I would follow the steps in in my signature on how to flash 6.7.246 with rsdlite. This will. wipe the phone and put it back to complete stock and a fresh start. If you still have the problem after that then it is most likely a hardware issue.
