Default Google Wallet

I have an apk for Google Wallet. When I try to install it on my Maxx, it won't complete the process.

Does anyone know how to get this to install. I'm hoping it can be done without root, but I doubt it.

I don't think your getting it on without root. Verizon has blocked Google wallet in favor of their app which is not rolled out completely yet.

Verizon refuses to change its stance on Google Wallet Android Phone Fans
Yeah, I thought I remembered reading that. I had hoped that it had been dealt with in this amount of time though.

ISIS will roll out when iPhones begin using NFC. I predict that you will also see a flood of retailers make the switch to NFC as well after iPhones begin using the technology.

yea... google wallet requires carrier agreement upon install and verizon is on the no no list.

i agree that we should see NFC on the next iPhone (but they could be as dumb as they appear and not do have NFC, again) and then we will see ISIS sped up and released as well as a major adoption of NFC checkout and other tech

I hate how if Android does it =
But if Apple gets it after Android already has had it:
And how anything cool comes along VZW blocks it, makes their own version, then

From what I remember reading, ISIS doesn't work on a rooted device. Google wallet complains, but will work if rooted.
