i have both..... maxx hands down... there is NOTHING the S4 does better than the MAXX outside of the camera and SD card support (but with 32gb its a wash IMHO...... for now)

Curious, did you have/use an S4 before the Maxx?

I am leaning to the MAXX, but with the degradation of the battery in my current RAZR MAXX (no-HD) and I have only had it for 1 year, I am concerned that it will be the SAME with the New MAXX

Since now Verizon forces the 24 month upgrade with really no benefit of me personally moving to the Edge, I NEED the phone to last 2 years and as we all know.. they never do
