Default New soak test and ota for those not on kk

I was reading on xda that a second soak test was being scheduled. I was invited to participate in the first one but never received it...? Then I saw something searching Google that Motorola exec Punit says the update should resume within days. Why no news on Phamdroid...my number one site for android news

... or stated another way ... if there is a soak test and it is handled the way every other soak test was handled ... those participating accepted a non disclosure agreement while the test was in progress.

What has complicated it overt the last few months is that they simultaneously released the OTA to some people who were not members of the soak test and they were NOT under a nondisclosure agreement.

I have participated in a lot of Soak tests and accepted the non disclosure agreement. To agree to do something and then not do it is to some of us just plain absurd (at best).

What's news has already been posted. Anything beyond that is asking people to violate their NDA.
