Default Contact Photos w/ GoDaddy

I am using an exchange email (by GoDaddy) and other than my FB photos appearing for contacts I would like to have the photos I have in my Outlook account.

I had Droid 1 and it worked great! Switched to Droid X and never firgured it out. Now I am on Droid Pro and I still can't seem to make this work.

I work with a lot of sales reps and the ability to add company logos or product photos helps greatly when you have 62 "Bill" 's in your contacts. I don't even mind the FB ride over if that is the case but I would REALLY like to have my photos sync from Outlook WITHOUT having to put ALL those photos on my SD card and then going back and reassinging them to each contact. Not looking to REDO the work I already did 7 years ago for 1761 contacts. I also do not want to transfer my contacts to Google by CVS. I did that once with fewer contacts and it screwed up my whole entire contact folders and their information. Not willing to ever go threw that mess again.

I have sync contacts checked in my email set up but I only get their informatioin and FB photo (if I am friends with them) and that is it. Anyone having the same problem? Is there a fix? Any help would be appreciated!!

the pro doesn't sync exchange photos. Moto says they are investigating adding it in the future.
