Default Need to take low resolution pictures

I have a need for low resolution pictures. I'm email a lot of pictures to a website which prefers lower size images. With my HD MAXX I can only take 8 or 6 meg images. Is there an app that will let me take lower quality pictures or a way to convert the pictures before I send them?

Currently I am using the front camera, but this is less than optimal.

Thanks

Camera ZOOM FX app allows you to select ahead of time the resolution of your photos from .1 mp all the up to the full 8 mp. I thought you could do this on the stock camera app but you appear to be correct - I could not find a way to deliberately take a lower res shot. You can on the video so you would think you could do it on the camera too. Maybe once JB updates come in that will added? Anyone know about this?

Wasn't available before the update, not available after the update. Wasn't available on original RAZR or RAZR maxx either.
