Droid Razr Maxx 1and1 MailXchange

Has anyone utilized the 1and1 MailXchange to sync Microsoft Outlook 2010 and the Droid Razr Maxx Version 4.1.2? I can get the email, calendar and contacts to transfer but the sync between contacts and calendar do not work?
