So I just wanted to start over with my RAZR m so I did the factory wipe and it erased everything, great just what I wanted. Then the first time I plugged in my headphone, the Google music came up and ny reminder message popped up, that was a smart action I had programed, so I jump into the smart actions app and all my ones I made are there, so they made it through the reformat. Any idea why?

ive had this same issue back with my x2 that i bought off of ebay, or when installing custom roms on my s3. i dont know if there is a way to do a full reset like that unless you go to the store. might i ask why you did this in the first place?

Android is great in that way.
That happened because under/privacy back up my data and automatic restore was checked.
This also works when changing devices

So what your saying is that will back up app data? My angry birds / temple run/ cog progress didn't come over?
