Default Widgets mistakenly stacked

New user of this phone (Razorx-M) and trying to understand how to use it, I managed to have the “Phone” and “Contacts” widgets stacked on each other. Regardless of what I do I cannot find a way to separate them and put them back into their original places.
Any help to resolve this operator error will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Tap on the folder to open it.
Then drag the individual app icons out to the main screen.
When only one is left, the folder will be gone and the original app icon will be there.
