I was on my phone this morning and all of a sudden it kicked me out of what I was doing and the screen went black. It's currently not responding to anything. I left it sit for a couple hours plugged in, didn't help. I've plugged it into my computer, didn't help. Please let me know if there's some sort of hard reboot to restart the thing. Thank you.

Try pressing the power key and the volume down key at the same time and hold them (pressed) for about 10 seconds. Hopefully, this will reboot your phone. Good luck!

Mine has froz(en) twice in the last week. Yup, holding those buttons shuts it down, then you just re-start the phone.

Edit: Hasn't frozen up since.

It froze on me like that too, and holding down the vol-down + power button worked.
